Shipping Policy&Order Notice

Order Notice&Total Shipping time:

Dear customer, in order to ensure that you can successfully receive your purchased items, please carefully read the following notes:

1.**Order Processing Time**:Due to the recent surge in orders, the processing time is currently 3-5 business days (MONDAY - FRIDAY). Once our processing speed stabilizes, we will resume to 1-3 business days (MONDAY - FRIDAY). If you encounter peak periods or special situations (such as production delays), processing time may be extended.

2. **Delivery Time:** Based on the shipping method you selected, the estimated delivery time is as follows:
   - Economy Shipping: 15-25 business days (MONDAY - FRIDAY)
   - Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days (MONDAY - FRIDAY)
   - Expedited Shipping: 5-8 business days (MONDAY - FRIDAY)

   Please note that the delivery time is calculated from when the order processing is completed, and all mentioned processing times refer to business days (MONDAY - FRIDAY).

3. **Important Notes:** If your order has a specific time requirement (such as for weddings, events, etc.), please indicate the specific date you need it delivered when placing the order and contact us after the order is placed. We will do our best to meet your needs, but due to cross-border shipping and other uncertainties, we cannot guarantee the arrival on the specified date.

4. **Order Modifications and Cancellations:** If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before the order enters the processing stage. Especially for expedited shipping, once the processing begins, it will be difficult to cancel or modify the order.

5. **Customer Confirmation:** If the customer fails to provide accurate delivery information, resulting in delays or unsuccessful deliveries, we will not be responsible for any associated losses.

PLEASE NOTE: Our order cut-off time is 6:00 PM every weekday. If the order is placed and a credit card authorization is released before 6:00 PM EST Monday through Friday, the order will be processed the same day. If the order is placed after 6:00 PM EST Monday through Thursday, it will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping cost:

You will see detailed shipping costs on the checkout page - generally 10% to 20% of merchandise total, but may at times be more. Increasing the size of the order helps to reduce the shipping percentages.

Free shipping?

Sometimes people ask if we offer free shipping. Please remember that free shipping is generally offered with adjusted prices in the retail industry. The pricing structure of the wholesale floral industry is not set so as to offer free shipping. We could raise our prices so that we could offer it, but that would break our REAL Pricing rule. Remember, there is no such thing as a free lunch!

 

The tracking information for my order has not been updated, where is my order?

Most orders will be delivered within the scheduled time frame, but tracking updates may be delayed. If your order has exceeded the scheduled delivery time, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

 

Some points to keep in mind.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

If you refuse any shipments from Artificialmerch you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your postal service. The Artificialmerch does not hold any responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered.
