Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality artificial flowers and decorative products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below.


Order Modifications or Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, you may request an order modification or cancellation within 24 hours by contacting our customer service.

After 24 hours, the order may have entered processing or fulfillment and can no longer be modified or cancelled.

Please note: Credit card companies may take one or two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your statement.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we carefully inspect all orders before shipment, issues may occasionally occur. If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, we offer either a free replacement or a refund for the affected items.

To resolve this quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item

Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived and our customer service confirms that the package is lost, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

This policy does not apply to:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Missed deliveries where the carrier attempted delivery

Orders that are still in normal transit are not eligible for cancellation or refund. Please allow sufficient time for delivery.


Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging
  • Used or damaged items are not eligible for return
  • All returns must be approved by our customer service team in advance

After receiving approval, the return package must be shipped within 5 days. Please do not return items to the address on the original package. Our customer service will provide the correct return address.


Return Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.


Refunds

  • Damaged / Incorrect Items: Product price and original shipping fee will be refunded
  • Other Returns: Refund covers product price only; shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
