Important Order & Shipping Update

Due to a seasonal supply chain pause and a temporary logistics backlog, we are currently experiencing delays in order processing.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience and understanding.


Order Processing Timeline

All unshipped orders, as well as orders placed from now through February 24, will begin processing from February 25.

Orders will be shipped in the order they were placed.


Order Compensation

To thank you for your patience, we’ve prepared compensation for affected orders in the form of gift cards and exclusive discount codes.

  • Orders placed on or before February 7:
    • Gift card worth 10–15% of your order value (capped at $150)
    • An additional 20% OFF discount code, valid for 12 months

  • Orders placed between February 8 and February 24:
    • Gift card worth 8–10% of your order value (capped at $100)
    • The same 20% OFF discount code, valid for 12 months

Note: The discount code can be used together with your gift card.


When Will I Receive My Gift Card & Discount Code?

Gift cards and discount codes will be sent by email after your order begins processing. Please make sure to check your inbox (and spam folder).
